The votes are in and Minnesota will host Super Bowl LII in 2018.

The Minneapolis Sports Facilities Commission and a handful of other delegates were in Atlanta today to make their bid for Super Bowl LII in 2018.

Minnesota was up against Indianapolis and New Orleans, who have both hosted Super Bowls in recent years. Minnesota was on the short list for winners thanks to the new Vikings stadium that will be completed in time for the big game.

Next step is getting the Minnesota Vikings to the Super Bowl and even if they aren’t in it, this deserves a SKOL anyway!
