Sebastian Bach Says He Was Once Asked to Replace Vince Neil
The singer briefly recounted the story while answering fans questions via his Twitter account. It started when a fan asked Bach if he was ever considered for the Motley Crue singing job after Neil split from the group back in 1992. “Not considered. Asked,” was his reply. He then went on to explain his thinking at the time:
The short answer is that i actually thought at the time this band Skid Row was better. Gee i sure know how to pick em :/ @wahyujuve

We may get a more in-depth version of this intriguing story in the near future, as Bach revealed that he is working on an autobiography. Neil rejoined Motley Crue back in 1997, and the group is currently preparing to invade Las Vegas for a series of shows billed as an “Evening in Hell.”
Despite sporadic rumors of a reunion over the years, Bach has yet to reunite with his former Skid Row bandmates since leaving the group in 1996.
