Here's what's going on, it's happening in the country of Thailand where a herd of about 20 elephants are being fed coffee beans and then when it's pooped out, they farmers collect it.

This may sound a little gross or off the wall but according to NBC News the coffee is much smoother and not as bitter as regular java. Yum!
