The album features Neil's take on songs already made famous by other artists including Minnesota's own Bob Dylan and was put out on Jack White's label Third Man Records. At first the album was only available at paarticipating Record Store Day locations, but it is now in wide release and you can buy it at ThirdManStore.com.
