With all the original content they've been rolling out , I've always thought Netflix was under priced and recent survey's show most people feel the same way. According to "Variety", they've spent $13 BILLION on content last year. In comparison, CBS spent $4 billion and HBO $2.5 billion. Plus they just forked over $100 million to retain "Friends". So a little price hike is expected.

How much is that hike? $2 dollars more a month. That ain't bad. The standard, most popular plan will go from $11 to $13. The ultra-high definition plan will jump from $14 to $16.

It is their largest price hike in their history and their second increase in 15 months. But given that I watch a lot of shows and movies on Netflix. I've got no problem paying a couple dollars more.
