ST. CLOUD -- Breakfast lovers there's a new St. Cloud restaurant that will make your mouth water.

Waffle-It Breakfast Restaurant held their grand opening last weekend at 2104 Veterans Drive in the Centennial Plaza.

Owner Chris Botz has been the waffle business for about 5 years with his company Dad's Belgian Waffles and decided he wanted to open a sit-down restaurant.

"The last five years we've served well over 500,000 people and I've never had a complaint, everyone loves our waffles so I thought let's give this a shot," says Botz.

Aside from traditional waffles, you can also order sweet waffles such as blueberry, caramel apple or PB & J, or savory waffles like chicken and waffles, or pork and waffles.

Botz says every item on the menu was created by his family.

"Our family came up with all of the ideas, tested them on our kids friends and got reviews and figured out what would work the best," says Botz.

Waffle-It is open Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. They are located in the former Big Squeeze Cafe space.
