Hey, at this point I will try anything.  Insomnia sucks.  It's not like it happens every night.  But when it does, it's terrible.  I hate not being able to sleep.  Then I'm all tired and groggy during the day and everything is just on another level when you are tired at work.  Ishy poo.

So, we were talking about this during the morning show.  And at this point.  Why not try it, right?  It is apparently some military way to get to sleep.  And if you read about it, it could take up to 6 weeks for a person to master the method.  But it's worth a shot, right?  Part of it includes reciting "don't think, don't think" over and over.  Without trying it, seems like that would almost make me think a bit more.  Maybe.

So, with the weekend near, let's give it a try.  If it doesn't work, still have the morning to sleep in.  And it could possibly be problem solved.  If it doesn't work, nothing lost.
