New Music For Classic Rock Fans In December – ‘Concert For Ronnie Montrose’ [VIDEO]

Watching this concert in San Francisco (2012) was the same as catching a supergroup on stage, Joe Satriani, Sammy Hagar, Tommy Thayer and Keith St. John to name a few.

A celebration of life for the great Ronnie Montrose who we lost in 2012.

If you want high octane you got it from this show. Ronnie had a couple of his own groups Gamma and Montrose, he also had a pretty in depth solo catalog. Ronnie was very much in demand as a session guitarist for many artists.

The concert itself is on DVD that includes in depth interviews and tributes from performers Ronnie had the pleasure of working with.

The DVD comes out this month.
