BIG LAKE -- A North Dakota man faces several charges, including possession of cocaine, after a traffic stop in Big Lake last week.

The incident happened on January 29th at about 1:00 a.m. on Lake Street South.

25-year-old Cody Iacono, of Minot, was pulled over for speeding. When the officer approached the vehicle he noticed Iacono was showing signs he had been drinking.

Following a sobriety test, Iacono was arrested. During a search of his pockets, officers say they also found a glass pipe with a white substance which tested positive for cocaine.

Iacono was taken to the Sherburne County Jail where he faces charges of 5th Degree Possession of Controlled Substance and Driving Under the Influence.
