Vice Chairman of the International Olympic Committee, John Coated not at all pleased with the preparation going into the 2016 Summer Olympics.

The Olympics are in Rio and apparently aren't looking good. It will be here before you know it. Two years can go by fast when you're behind schedule.

Hardly any construction is going on besides the clearing of venue area. The water is also a big concern. Here we go again, a lot of disappointment with the Winter Olympics you'd think they'd learn from that.

How do some of these countries get the bid for these major events?

It's a given that the Olympics will take place in Rio regardless. Plan B is not an option.
