One Year Ago Today, Wadena Tornado

I'll never forget this day. I had just made the "kid exchange" with my ex in Staples, MN and I headed back to St Cloud as they went North towards Wadena on their way to Detroit Lakes. I listened on the radio to the severe weather and tornado warnings for the Wadena area. Fortunately, they passed through Wadena just moments before the tornado ripped through Wadena and across the highway they were traveling on. I pass through Wadena fairly often and there are still signs of the wicked storm that hit the town. Check out the video below from Storm Chasers.
