Black Sabbath singer Ozzy Osbourne has been announced as a headliner for the Hyundai Card Citybreak Music Festival, taking place at the World Cup Stadium in Seoul, South Korea on August 9 and 10.

The Korea Herald reports that Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, who recently debuted his upcoming single 'Lightouse', is also slated to perform during the festival, as will Psy of 'Gangnam Style' fame. Hoobastank and Maroon 5 are two of the other major Western acts on the bill. Last year's inaugural event featured Metallica, Muse and Iggy & the Stooges.

Ozzy's appearance at the festival will be his first solo show in quite some time. He, of course, has been busy touring the world with Black Sabbath on their massively successful tour in support of their album, '13.'

Speculation has recently run rampant over precisely what the future of Black Sabbath holds. Ozzy has said that if their early July show in London does indeed mark the end of the band, that they will be going out on a high note. Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler, however, has said that the band is approximately at the halfway mark of making a new album.
