Police Are Not Charged In Jamar Clark Case
The two police officers involved in the November shooting of Jamar Clark have not been charged.
Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman decided to not charge Officer Mark Ringgenberg and Officer Dustin Schwarze for their roles in the death of 24 year old Jamar Clark this (Wednesday) morning.
This is a big upset for Black Lives Matter, and effects a lot of lives up in North Minneapolis. Do you agree with the prosecutor's decision?
