The Minnesota Wild look to remain undefeated to start the abbreviated 2013 NHL season tonight when they host the Nashville Predators at Xcel Energy Center (7 PM, WJON).

The Wild began their season on Saturday with a 4-2 win at home over Colorado, then defeated Dallas 1-0 on Sunday behind 24 saves by goaltender Josh Harding.

Nashville has started the season 0-0-2 with each of their first two games ending in a shootout loss. The Predators fell to Columbus on Saturday night 3-2, then lost to the Blues Monday 4-3.

Wild defenseman Ryan Suter will face the Predators for the first time tonight. Suter joined Minnesota after spending seven seasons with Nashville to begin his career.
