I have seen many groups mix and match, some good and some not so good but Queen and Adam Lambert? Who'd a thought and having watched quite a few of the videos with these two in action I have admit I was impressed.

The two joined forces for a three night concert in London, home of the 2012 Summer Olympics. A post Freddie Mercury replacement is not an easy task. It's good to see Adam take the challenge and run with it. All Three shows were sold-out.

A pretty extensive playlist that included songs like,"A Crazy Little Thing Called Love", "Fat Bottomed Girls", "Radio Ga Ga" (Where Lady Gaga got her name), "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Keep Yourself Alive" and a an encore that really rocked with, "Tie Your Mother Down", "We Will Rock You", and 'We Are The Champions".

The show had all one would expect to see if you've seen Queen in the past then you once again welcome the pyro smoke and the outstanding special effects. A band way ahead of their time in regards to stage presence.

Adam Lambert has done pretty good for himself since Season eight of American Idol, I'm not even sure he ever imaged being a temporary front man for one of the biggest bands in the world.

They have started off with what's called a mini-world tour and have played Kiev, Moscow and Poland. I can see an objective here and that's to get them to the United States.

Freddie Mercury may be gone but his legend lives on and so will the music of Queen. The band played tribute to the late singer with song and video.

Make note this is a Queen concert featuring Adam Lambert as a guest. Queen and all their glory receiving top billing. Roger Taylor (Rogers son Rufus featured on a second drum). Brian May , John Deacon, and The late Freddie Mercury long live Queen.
