Rain Likely Tuesday Night, Wednesday

UNDATED - Rain will develop Tuesday afternoon or evening, and many areas will see one or two inches by late Wednesday night.

Before that happens, patchy fog is expected to develop late tonight and persist into Tuesday morning.

Clouds will then move into western Minnesota, with rain spreading from west to east Tuesday afternoon and night.
