The life and work of former Quiet Riot and Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Randy Rhoads will be celebrated in five concerts taking place on the East Coast, starting June 3 in Asbury Park, NJ.

Some of the guitarists performing as a part of 'Randy Rhoads Remembered: A Celebration of a Legend' including Testament's Alex Skolnick, former Megadeth guitarist Jeff Young and Bon Jovi touring guitarist Phil X.

The band will be anchored by vocalist Michael Devin (Whitesnake), Brian Tichy (Billy Idol) on drums and keyboardist Stephen LeBlanc but will also include special guests Rudy Sarzo (Quiet Riot) and Rhoads family members Kathy and Kelle Rhoads.

Other guitarists slated to perform include Phil Demmel (Machine Head), Joel Hoekstra (Night Ranger), Mike Orlando (Adrenaline Mob), Mike Tichy and Brent Woods (Sebastian Bach), who was a student of Rhoads.

This mini-tour comes a few months after several of these musicians gave a Rhoads tribute concert at the NAMM convention in Anaheim this past January. Brian Tichy and co-producer Joe Sutton also put on an annual 'Bonzo Bash' on May 31, John Bonham's birthday.
