The Tampa Bay Rays topped the Twins 3-0 Friday night at Target Field. Minnesota managed just five hits and zero walks while striking out 11 times.

Kevin Correia lasted six innings in his start for the Twins, allowing three runs on eight hits with five strikeouts. Correia took the loss and falls to 9-12 on the season.

Chris Archer shut down Minnesota for six innings, allowing three hits and no walks while striking out seven Twins batters.

Minnesota will host the Rays at 6:10 Saturday evening.
