Rod Stewart Rocks Xcel Energy Center In St. Paul [PHOTOS]

While many Minnesotans were aiming to stay dry on Sunday, thousands of Twin Cities Rod Stewart fans were rocking out to some of his biggest hits.  He, along with Carlos Santana, made a stop in St. Paul for a highly anticipated show.  Check out some of the highlights from the show captured by Joe Bielawa.
