One band member is speaking out about the Rolling Stones' upcoming anniversary that may include a world tour.

Mick Jagger is being very tight lipped about the situation, but guitarist Ron Wood is saying that the band isn't going to ignore the fact that the Rolling Stones are less than a year away from marking 50 years of rocking.

Wood told the UK's Evening Standard that they are planning "something" for their golden anniversary. They are talking about a series of concerts including a huge bash in London's Hyde Park and he is hoping that the guys can conjure up the same feeling of camaraderie that they have had in previous years. Wood claims that Keith Richards is on board even though the group hasn't performed together in almost four years.

Meanwhile, Mick Jagger says he is extremely focused on making a go of his new super group, Super Heavy. Their debut album is due out in September.
