Rox Top Huskies Tuesday

The Rox beat Duluth 5-4 Tuesday night at Joe Faber Field. The Rox improve to 16-11 with the win, one game behind Willmar for first place in the Northwoods League North Division.

Webb Bobo paced the Rox offense by going 3-3 with a run scored and a run batted in, and Michael Strem was 2-4 in the win. Reese Gregory picked up the win on the mound after allowing four runs on ten hits with five strikeouts and two walks allowed.

The Rox host Duluth again Wednesday night at Joe Faber Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM on AM 1390 The Fan.
