SCSU Huskies Pick Up 29-26 Win In The Rain

The Saint Cloud State Huskies moved to 2-0 Saturday night with a soggy 29-26 win over Winona State. The rain had an effect on the crowd size, but not on the heart of the Huskies, who had been looking forward to their home opener.

Sure we need the rain, but maybe just night tonight between 6 and 9. SCSU returned 16 starters from last year's 7-4 squad that finished 4th in the conference.

The Huskies head to St. Paul next Saturday to take on Concordia at 6pm. Back home again two weeks from today (9/28) to host Augustana at 6pm at Husky Stadium.
