St. Cloud State senior defenseman Ethan Prow won a trio of trophies at Thursday's National Collegiate Hockey Conference awards banquet. The Sauk Rapids native is also a Top Ten Finalist for the Hobey Baker Award.

Prow won the awards for Top Offensive Defenseman, Top Defenseman and overall Conference Player of the Year. Prow leads NCAA defensemen in scoring with 34 points (8 goals and 26 assists) and has helped the Huskies to a 29-8-1 record this season.

The Huskies will play against Denver at 7:38 p.m. Friday in the NCHC Frozen Faceoff semifinals. Should they win, SCSU would play the winner of Minnesota-Duluth and North Dakota Saturday night at 7:38 p.m. With a loss, the Huskies will play the loser of that game for third place Saturday afternoon.
