LONG PRAIRIE - Several ice houses were broken into on some Todd County lakes. The sheriff's office says they received a number of reports on Monday. The fish houses were on Latimer Lake, Lake Osakis, Pine Island Lake, Thunder Lake, and Big Lake.

Deputies, along with the help of the Long Prairie police department, identified several suspects and conducted searches recovering a large amount of the stolen items.

Eighteen-year-old Jordan Salber of Browerville, 18-year-old Hayden Host of Browerville, and another boy from Long Prairie were arrested and are facing charges. Charges are also pending against three other juveniles that were involved.

Victims of the reported burglaries have identified some of the recovered property. The Todd County Sheriff's Office is asking other fish house owners to check their houses on area lakes for missing items, then call and report it if your house was broken into.
