Should Sartell Allow Food Trucks [POLL]

Food trucks are gaining popularity around the country and can be seen almost everywhere, will Satell be the next city to allow them? Last night the Sartell Planning Commission held another discussion regarding the mobile food truck issue and heard both sides of the argument. As for me, being a resident of Sartell, I'm not sure where I stand. I guess I like the idea of various food trucks driving around Sartell but could possibly see the concern over it. Will it take away business from brick and mortar businesses? Will it be as sanitary (and regulated the same by the state) as a traditional restaurant? I'm sure there are more concerns that I'm not thinking of. Precisely why I would like to know more.

The Planning Commission will meet again next month with another draft, and if approved it will go before the city council for approval.
