Slash And Myles Kennedy Are Set To Perform In Minnesota

Unfortunately, the days of rock bands and artists being the focal point of modern entertainment are pretty much over. Back in the day, rock bands were everywhere. The driving forces of the time were Zeppelin, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, Skynyrd, Deep Purple, Sabbath, and The Who.

Another name that belongs on that list is Guns-N-Roses. Axl Rose's powerful vocals and Slash's playful, energetic guitar playing made for a one of a kind combination. However, if I'm being honest, I think I prefer Slash's other singer - Myles Kennedy - much more. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe its his tone I like better, or the fact that he doesn't assault his fans.

The duo actually done a pretty solid job of consistently releasing new music over the past few years, plus they're still touring, which is rare for artists that have been around as long as they have.
