Snow Emergency Declared for St. Cloud
A Snow Emergency has been declared for the City of St. Cloud effective beginning at 12:01am Friday. Generally a Snow Emergency is in effect for 72 hours, unless it is rescinded due to favorable weather conditions.
This means parking regulations will be strictly enforced and towing of illegally parked vehicles will begin immediately at 12:01 A.M. Friday.
