Snow Emergency Declared For St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - The city of St. Cloud has declared a snow emergency starting tomorrow morning.

During the snow emergency parking regulations will be strictly enforced. Towing of illegally parked vehicles will start at 12:01 a.m.
