UPDATED (2:43 PM, 11/09/14):  The National Weather Service has issued a WINTER STORM WATCH for Central Minnesota from Sunday evening through Tuesday morning for 8-12" of heavy, wet snow -- with strong winds causing significant blowing and drifting. Stay tuned (online & on-air) for more information.

According to the National Weather Service, a storm system will bring snow to our region on Monday. The heaviest snow (6+ inches) is expected to fall from west central Minnesota through the Twin Cities and West central Wisconsin. Strong winds will cause some blowing and drifting snow making travel tough.
