Snow is expected to begin in St. Cloud around Noon on Sunday, followed by winds gusting as high as 45 mph -- causing considerable blowing and drifting, causing poor visibilities and slippery roads.

To the west of St. Cloud in the Blizzard Watch area, new snow will combine with existing snow cover from last week's storm -- and will be driven by winds up to 50 mph, creating whiteout conditions. Travel is expected to become difficult or impossible in these areas Sunday night.
