The NFL has just recently imposed a mandatory class on child abuse and domestic violence. A long time coming.

For a long time domestic violence has been going on yet never has reached the exposure it has today. When we hear a big name that is involved we really start to think about it more (Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson etc...).

Personally I think the best way to solve this issue is through education.

Adrian Peterson was not arrested because he hit his kid, it's because he hit him too hard. Hitting your kids is legal in all 50 states, however; there are rules as to how it's implemented.

In Delaware it's illegal to hit a child with a closed fist, in Oklahoma there are no prohibitions that exist.  Both Arizona and Alabama allow the use of “reasonable and appropriate physical force", so what's the definition of that? In court it's the discretion of the prosecutor.

Maybe all 50 states need to establish a mandated law imposed by the Federal Government to protect our children and women.

Interact and take the POLL. your voice is a key.
