St. Cloud Area Road Conditions Improving, But Still Slick

MnDOT, Stearns County, and the City of St. Cloud (as well as surrounding cities and counties) worked feverishly throughout the night on area roads, resulting in improved conditions this morning. Area roads are still being described as 'difficult,' but that's an improvement from 'hazardous/travel not advised.' Still lost of snow & ice out there.

The exception as of 7 am this morning is I-94 between St. Cloud and the Cities, where travel is still not advised by MnDOT -- and several accidents have already been reported today.
