St. Cloud Man Charged With Sex Assault of a Child
ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man has been charged with two felony counts of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly making sexual advances toward a young boy.
St. Cloud Police were called to 9th Ave X-Press Friday afternoon on a complaint of a sexual assault. Forty-seven-year-old Roger Riedeman is accused of grabbing a 4-year-old boy away from his mother and pulling the boys head into his groin, making contact with his clothed genital area.
Court records show the mother pulled the boy away and Riedeman then stuck his tongue out, moved it around and asked the child to come back over to him.
Police arrested Riedeman at the scene. He has a September 15th court hearing to face charges of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct and 4th degree criminal sexual conduct.
