ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man will be sentenced December 15th after a Stearns County judge found him guilty on four felony counts of criminal sexual conduct.

Sixty-four-year-old William Sullivan was accused of sexually assaulting his wife on several occasions in the fall of 2012.

According to the criminal complaint, Sullivan forced sex on her, used objects to sexually assault her which caused injuries, bit her and choked her.

Sullivan stood trial last month and decided to have a judge determine his case rather than a jury. Judge Sarah Hennesy found Sullivan guilty on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct by force or coercion causing injury and two counts of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct by force or coercion.

Records show investigators found and confiscated the objects the woman claimed he used to assault her and noted her injuries including electrical burn marks on her hip.
