ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for repeatedly sexually assaulting his wife in the fall of 2012.

A Stearns County judge found 64-year-old William Sullivan guilty on four felony counts of criminal sexual conduct during his trial in October.  Court records show Sullivan sexually assaulted his wife on several occasions in his semi truck and at their St. Cloud apartment.

According to the criminal complaint, Sullivan forced sex on her, used objects to sexually assault her which caused injuries, bit her, and choked her.

Judge Sarah Hennesy found Sullivan guilty on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct by force or coercion causing injury and two counts of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct by force or coercion.

Records show investigators found and confiscated the objects the woman claimed he used to assault her and noted her injuries including electrical burn marks on her hip.
