This video was just posted by the MN State Patrol out of Detroit Lakes. From the camera view it can be hard to tell unless you look closely. Who do you think is at fault?

After pulling over the driver of the white car, who nearly crashed head-on with the stopped red car, the trooper told the driver that he saw him "in his lane" (of the red car) from his view on the shoulder of the road.

The driver said the red car pulled in front of him to turn, which is hard to tell from the view...unless you look very close and you'll see where the yellow lane lines are.

Every time I re-watch this, I cringe at how close the person(s) in the red car were to dying because of this. The bottom line is to SLOW DOWN when you see a vehicle pulled over on the side of the road. It's that simple folks!
