Stevie Nicks Cancels High Profile Appearances

Just as her first album in ten years hits store shelves, Stevie Nicks is hit with pneumonia and the flu. 

The Fleetwood Mac frontwoman says she is battling pneumonia and the flu and is being forced to cancel several high profile appearances as a result.

Her trek would have started in Manhattan with an appearance on Good Day NY and would continue over to 30 Rock for an interview on The Today Show and then to Webster Hall for a concert, but those will all have to be rescheduled.

Stevie is apologizing to her fans for the cancellations and hopes that they still buy her new album saying that the record is for them. She is also garnering some positive press.  Rolling Stone is calling In Your Dreams Stevie's best work since the 80's.
