Leslie Frazier

The Minnesota Vikings made it official this morning, announcing that Leslie Frazier will not return as head coach in 2014.

Dear Leslie, my name is Pete and I live in St. Cloud. I grew up in Fridley, attended the U of M, and have been a Minnesotan at heart all my life, which includes bleeding purple & gold through the good and the bad? (Did I say good?)  Anyway, please stop your Christian Ponder conversation that baffles all of us. We've been through enough. Show us some mercy.

Viking head coach Leslie Frazier spoke to the media today and expressed concern over Jerome Simpson's pregame injury to his ankle and that they will do a MRI today to determine the severity of it. He suggested that the injury may have effected his back and legs. Simpson played sparingly Sunday against Tennessee and didn't record a catch.

Brett Favre's starting quarterback streak has ended at 297 consecutive games. Why he didn't play may speak more about the Vikings' new coach than you'd suspect.
