Viking linebacker Chad Greenway is going back to the Pro Bowl. Greenway was announced by the Vikings as an injury replacement for Dallas outside linebacker Demarcus Ware. Greenway led the Vikings in tackles with 148 in 2012.

Viking receiver Percy Harvin sustained a sprained ankle in 3 different places Sunday against Seattle and the injury could force him to the sidelines against the Lions. Harvin returned the game Sunday at Seattle after sustaining the injury but he was favoring the ankle. Head coach Leslie Frazier said the sprain is not a high ankle sprain.

Peterson tied Robert Smith with his 29th career 100-yard rushing game. Percy Harvin had 2 carries for 10 yards and 3 catches for 37 yards and 1 touchdown. Christian Ponder was 8-17 passing for 58 yards and 1 touchdown with 2 interceptions for Minnesota. Harrison Smith capped the Viking scoring with a 31-yard interception return touchdown.
