A day after sending down one of their top prospects, the Minnesota Twins have called up another of their renowned young players -- pitcher Jose Berrios.
The Minnesota Twins took on the Los Angeles Angels yesterday (Saturday) afternoon. The Twins beat the Angels 6-4 giving Minnesota their second consecutive victory of the season.
On Wednesday evening, the Baseball Hall of Fame announced its newest members: Ken Griffey Jr. and Mike Piazza. Griffey set a record by being named on 99.3 percent of all ballots, surpassing the mark set by Tom Seaver in 1992.
