Timberwolves point guard Ricky Rubio talked with reporters Tuesday after his recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee suffered on March 9 against the L.A. Lakers. Rubio had surgery on March 21 and isn’t sure if he’ll return to the team in time for training camp in September

The West beat the East in the NBA All Star game in Orlando, Florida Sunday night. Kevin Durant of Oklahoma City had 36 points for the West and was named the Most Valuable Player. Kobe Bryant of the Lakers scored 27 points and became the all time points leader in All Star games surpassing Michael Jordan
The Timberwolves won 100-98 at home against Utah Wednesday night on a Luke Ridnour floater at the buzzer to break the 98-all tie. J.J. Barea led the Wolves with 22 points, Ridnour added 17 points and Nikola Pekovic added 15 points and 12 rebounds for Minnesota.
