The Vikings lost 27-21 at home to the Oakland Raiders Sunday afternoon at Mall of America Field. Minnesota fell behind 24-7 but scored 14 4th quarter points to make the game interesting. Christian Ponder was 19-33 passing for 211 yards and 2 touchdowns with 3 interceptions and he ran for 71 yards to lead the team

Tim Tebow weaved through the defense on a 20-yard touchdown run with 58 seconds left to give the Denver Broncos a 17-13 victory over New York Jets on Thursday night.
Down 13-10, Tebow led Denver (5-5) on a 95-yard drive, capping it by rushing past safety Eric Smith and blasting through defenders for the score

The Vikings have suspended cornerback Chris Cook indefinetly after he was charged Tuesday with a felony for allegedly strangling his girlfriend of 10 years for speaking with a former boyfriend. The Vikings called the allegations “very disturbing and disappointing”

September 13, 2011 The greatest sport of all time (according to me) kicked off August 26th with a rivalry match up: the Minnesota Valkyrie VS the Green Bay Chill. It was no surprise to me when Minnesota won 28 - 25. Leave it to the women to get something done that the men can't seem to do!
