Today is day #10 of my 30-day 'Sugar-Free Challenge' (no sugar, no sweeteners, no simple, starchy carbs, no alcohol) following my viewing of the movie 'Fed Up' a couple of weeks ago. I finally feel like some cravings are going away, and I've stopped feeling hungry all the time.

OK, today's day #4 of my 30-day 'Sugar-Free Challenge' following my viewing of the movie 'Fed Up' Saturday morning.
