With this morning's dangerously low temperatures and wind chills expected to be even colder than they were yesterday, many area schools are once again canceling classes for today. Here are the latest schools on the 'delayed/closed' list.

MNDOT has opened I-94 from Moorhead to Alexandria, and Highway 15 from St. Cloud to Kimball. Most area schools are closed today (Monday). Will tomorrow be a repeat? A 'Wind Chill Warning' remains in effect through Noon tomorrow. Area temps are expected to be even colder tomorrow morning.

MNDOT has closed I-94 from Moorhead to Alexandria, Highway 10 from Detroit Lakes to Moorhead, and Highway 210 from Fergus Falls to Breckenridge, and Highway 15 from St. Cloud to Kimball. Now school closings are starting to roll in for tomorrow.

After the Governor called school off last Friday, he said today that calling off Tuesday would be left up to the individual Districts.

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has announced that all Minnesota Public Schools will be closed today (1/6) due to the extreme cold. The decision to close schools across the state was announced Friday in order to give school administrators, teachers, and parents sufficient time to plan for these closures.
