The St. Cloud Rox scored 6 runs in the 3rd inning and never trailed in their 10-6 win at home over the Waterloo Bucks Sunday. Hunter Day threw 5 innings with 6 hits and 5 earned runs allowed to get the win and improve to 8-0 this summer.

The St. Cloud Rox lost 5-1 at Mankato Monday night. The Moon Dogs went out to a 4-0 lead before the Rox scored their lone run in the 8th inning. Charlie Condon went 1-2 with a RBI and Brice Mathews, Ike Mezzenga and Garrett Pennington each had a double for the Rox.

The St. Cloud Rox downed the La Crosse Loggers in La Crosse Sunday 5-1. The Rox broke the 1-all tie with 1 run in the 4th inning, and added 2 runs in the 7th inning and 1 run in the 8th inning. Hunter Day threw the first 6 innings with 8 hits and 1 earned run allowed to get the win.

The St. Cloud Rox fell behind 2-0 in the 1st inning but rallied to beat the visiting Waterloo Bucks 8-2 Thursday night at Joe Faber Field.

The Rox split a pair of games with Rochester at Joe Faber Field Wednesday in St. Cloud. St. Cloud won the afternoon game 9-5 before falling in the night cap 8-6. In the afternoon game the Rox came from down 3-0 in the 6th inning with a 5-run 6th inning, a 3-run 7th inning and a single run in the 8th inning to prevail 9-5.

The St. Cloud Rox won 5-3 at home against the Duluth Huskies Monday night to end a short 2-game losing streak. The Rox scored 1 run in the 1st inning, 2 in the 2nd, 1 in the 4th and 1 in the 6th. Charlie Condon drove in 2 runs and Trevor Austin went 1-1 with a double, 2 runs scored and 1 RBI for St. Cloud.

The St. Cloud Rox jumped out to a fast start Tuesday night and held off La Crosse 4-3 to improve to 7-0 in the 2nd half of the season and 32-8 overall. St. Cloud scored 2 runs in the 1st inning and added 2 more runs in the 4th inning.

The St. Cloud Rox are 6-0 in the 2nd half of the season and 31-8 overall after posting a 4-2 win at Duluth Monday night to complete a 2-game sweep of the Huskies. St. Cloud scored 2 runs in the 1st inning and 2 more in the 4th inning.

The St. Cloud Rox blanked the Willmar Stingers 10-0 at home Wednesday night to begin the 2nd half of the Northwoods League season. Joseph Brandon and 3 relievers combined to throw a 2-hit shutout. Brandon threw the first 5 innings with 1 hit allowed and 5 strikeouts.

The St. Cloud Rox raised an all-time fundraising record for local non-profits this past season.

Former St. Cloud Rox outfielder T.J. Friedl made his major league debut Saturday with the Cincinnati Reds. He came on as a pinch hitter and popped out against Dodgers pitcher Joe Kelly. Friedl got his first major league hit on Sunday.
