Delaney & Bonnie Bramlett had the tendency of being overshadowed by a couple of big names that they nurtured, for one George Harrison and the other Eric Clapton.

George Harrison gave credit to Delaney for teaching him how to play slide guitar and Eric Clapton gave him credit for teaching him how to sing, yes it seems kinda odd.

They became Delaney & Bonnie and Friends eventually which would include Leon Russell, Dave Mason Greg and Duane Allman and Gram Parsons.

The two were highly considered a great 'live' performance band and produced six studio albums.

Delaney & Bonnie's musical and marital partnership began in 1967 and both ended in 1972.

Their essential album was titled, 'Delaney & Bonnie On Tour With Eric Clapton'.

Delaney & Bonnie & Friends perform the song, "Comin' Home" (1970).
