With rock bands today it's pretty common to have multiple lead guitarists but in 1969 when Wishbone Ash adopted the technique it was something new. Wishbone Ash has more than three dozen albums and have suffered through several personnel changes yet the band is still doing what they do best and that's make music.

They are pretty much grounded in the progressive and hard rock styles with founding member Steve Powell (guitar/vocals) still paving the as a constant in the lineup since their first album which was released in 1970.

Their essential album is titled 'Argus'.
