The 10 Most Highly Rated Restaurants in St. Cloud [PHOTOS]

I love to go out just as much as the next person, and I've been too many food establishments since moving to St. Cloud four years ago. But I know that I haven't gotten to all of them... yet (I will one day). So I hopped onto Yelp to see what places were titled 'highly rated' in the St. Cloud area, because I wanted to know. And after discovering which one's had that title, I discovered that I've been to about half of these places. And with that I say... anybody wanna go out this Friday?
