Bunker was a key member of Jethro Tull on the band's first four albums.

Clive never claimed to be a self-professed technical drummer, Clive made his impact, based on his throbbing, gritty engagement with the essence of blues and rock and roll.

Clive Bunker: "After leaving Tull a few hundred years ago, I played for a while with Robin Trower, Frankie Miller and Jim Dewar in  band called  “Jude”, signed to the Chrysalis label."

Clive was inspired by the likes of Ginger Baker, Mitch Mitchell.

He got married and wanted to spend more time with his wife and would eventually be  replaced by Barrimore Barlow.
