It’s called the “sitting-rising test” and it’s supposed to measure your flexibility and strength and a group of physicians believe it can even predict the death of patients who are 51 to 80 years old.

One point is deducted each time a person uses their hand or knee for support, with a half a point deduction for losing balance.
